Center Cut Turritella Terebra Shells in bulk, Auger Shells for Crafts, measuring approximately 3 to 3-1/4 inches in size (some may be longer). These auger shells are narrow and long and resemble a drill or skinny cone. 

 The shell of Turritella terebra, has a long tower-like shape which resembles a drill. The shell is narrow and tall, with as many as 30 whorls. The shell is about 5-1/2 inches long. Its color is light to dark brown.  It is native to the Indo West-Pacific Region.
