Wholesale White bonnet shells in bulk for crafts, phalium glaucum, measure between 3 inches and 3-7/8 inches. A chemical process was used on these shells to remove the natural color.  There will be streaks of brown  on some shells and some brown in the mouth areas of some of the shells (See Photos).   Phalium glaucum, common name the grey bonnet or glaucus bonnet, is a species of large sea snail,  in the family Cassidae, the helmet snails and bonnet snails.   The surface of shell is smooth and uniformly greyish or pale brown. This species is widespread in the Indo-Pacific, from Eastern Africa (Madagascar, Mozambique, Tanzania) to Southern Japan and Melanesia

Our bonnet shells are real - NOT replicas.  They will have natural imperfection from living in the oceans.  No 2 will be identical.  They will vary in size, shape, coloring and natural blemishes.
