9 inches long Single Strand Hanging Shells with Blue Starfish Wind Chime or Small Hanging Shells Wall Decor.  The hanging shells are made with a light colored 3 inches piece of driftwood and attached to the strand of string are assorted white seashells, a single piece of pale blue or green sea glass and at the end is a pretty glitter blue starfish.  It measures approximately 12 inches from the top of the hanger to the starfish or 9 inches from the driftwood to the end of the starfish (not including the hanger).
