Authentic African Kudu Horn imported from South Africa. It measures approximately 24-3/4 inches, measured around the curl of the horn and 18-1/2 inches measured straight with a ruler. ( See photos. Mouth opening has some splits. You are buying this one) This is from the African Greater Kudu, Tragelaphus strepsiceros. This is a real Natural, Unpolished Kudu Horn - not a replica. It will have natural imperfections from the animal living in the wild, fighting and aging. Kudu horns are used to make shofars or blowing horns, sconces, lamps, furniture legs, knife handles and cane handles, and in numerous other taxidermy crafts. No 2 are identical. Some have a tighter curl than others.
