1.5 pounds Wholesale Warthog ivory for carving in bulk, in sizes 5 inches up to 7-7/8 inches for carvers, scrimshaw artists and as knife handle material.   Upper warthog tusks are measured around the curve of the tusk using a cloth tape measure.  Our warthog tusks are real - not replicas.  They will have chips, cracks and other imperfections.  Warthog ivory is from the African Warthog found in South Africa. It has 2 upper tusks that curve toward each other and has 2 lower tusks which are used to fight off enemies and to dig for worms and bugs.   It is the only pig able to live in areas without water for several months of the year. 
Our warthog tusks have been cleared for legal entry into the US by the US Fish and Wildlife Service and US Customs Service.
