Our Bulk Natural Gold-mouth Turban Shells , Goldmouth Turbo, are sold by the case of 44 pounds.  These gold mouth turban shells are medium shells for hermit crabs or hermit crab changing shells and measure between approximately 1-1/4 inches and 2-1/2 inches in size.  Gold-mouth turban shells have a rough exterior and are green, brown and yellow toned with a golden mouth opening. Goldmouth Turbos, Turbo chrysostomus, are found in the Indo-Pacific region on reefs. This is a large family of top-shaped snails, usually with thick shells, and an iridescent interior.  Most species are vegetarians, feeding on marine algae. These goldmouth turban shells are Real - Not Replicas.  The bulk bag will contain some gravel and there will have some shells with tiny holes and chipped edges.
