Genuine Buffalo horn beer tankard for sale, with a wood base and having a marble appearance with a blend of tans, creams and grays with golden highlights. This polished buffalo horn mug, viking horn beer tankard is made out of natural water buffalo horn and was imported from India.  This horn beer mug, tankard measures approximately 8-1/2 inches tall measured from the base of the mug to the top of the handle and 5 inches wide from the handle to the widest section on the mug.   It will hold approximately 23 to 24 ounces of liquid; however, it will vary a little depending upon the shape of the horn it was made out of.

The underside of the handles are naturally rough and are not fully polished.  The exterior has been hand polished,  and may have a slight odor and minor scratches,  due to buffing and the natural material used.  The variations in shape and color can only be made by nature: thus a horn may have natural blemishes which will not affect its use, but does verify its authenticity.
